Rabbits

I saw the first young rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus) of the year today. I can't see this one surviving for very long, as it was grazing a few feet from a footpath and completely ignoring all the people who were walking along it. On the other hand, nobody except me seemed to have noticed it, so perhaps its chances of survival aren't that bad after all.
